If you find the massager too hard or painful, try placing a towel between your feet and the massager. As you get accustomed to the pressure, you can remove the towel for a better experience.

The heating function of this massager is designed for safety, with mild heat that becomes more noticeable after 5-10 minutes of use. This massager does not have adjustable massage speed or strength, nor does it have a vibration feature. To achieve a varied massage experience, you can rotate through the different massage heads.
