Directions for Use & What's in the BOX?

Carefully follow the directions for use in the user manual. Improper operation may cause unexpected shocks. YK15AB is a high-intensity TENS & PMS device.

Directions for use: - Press the wire plug into the output port at the top of the unit. - Connect the electrode pads to the electrode wire by inserting pins into the female pin electrodes. Ensure each part is connected firmly. - Remove the protective film and place the electrode pads on the targeted area, making sure both pads are attached tightly to the skin without overlapping. - Turn on the unit via the on/off switch. It will automatically start from mode 1 and level 1. - Change the modes by pressing one of the 15 different mode buttons on the front of the device. - To control the A1/A2 ports, use the intensity buttons on the left side of the device. Gradually increase the intensity by pressing the (+) button for channel A; decrease by pressing the (-) button. - To control the B1/B2 ports, use the intensity buttons on the right side of the device. Gradually increase the intensity by pressing the (+) button for channel B; decrease by pressing the (-) button. - Set the intensity to a level where you experience muscular vibration and involuntary muscle movements, but it should be comfortable, not painful. - Gradually and gently increase the frequency by pressing the speed (+) button for the channel in use; decrease by pressing the (-) button. - To control the A1/A2 and B1/B2 ports, use the speed buttons on the front of the device.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES: 1 control unit, 4 sets of dual lead wires, 4 pairs of inserted pin electrode pads (8 pads total), 1 pad holder, 3 AAA batteries, 1 user manual.

Plug the pad wires into the A and B channels at the top of the device. Snap the wire onto the pads for powered muscle stimulation. Carefully peel off the plastic film on the pads. Place the pads at least 3 centimeters apart, on each side of the desired area. Turn the unit on by switching the on/off button. Select any mode, then adjust the speed by clicking the speed +/- buttons. Adjust the intensity by clicking the -/+ buttons. For dual channels, alter the intensities on A and B channels (left side/right side). Sit back and enjoy your HealthmateForever TENS therapy. After use, turn the device off completely first, then unplug all wires. Make sure the device is off before unplugging the wires. Remove pads and place them on the pad holder to ensure longevity.
